We believe people are as important as data and that facilitating communication between everyone in the network and streamlining the onboarding process paves the way to better clinical experiences today and better health care outcomes tomorrow.

For one and a half years, Katrina Anderson and Bob Bryan worked 10 feet apart from one another at a large integrated health care system in Minnesota. Katrina was part of the team that designed clinical student experiences and Bob worked on several projects including clinician searches. As Katrina was collecting information and forming the idea that is now ClinicianNexus, she would pop over to Bob's work area and ask if her ideas were possible. "Yes," he would say, or "If not that way, we could do it this way!"

They both left the company to work on ClinicianNexus full time and Bob's first strategic move was to recruit "the best developer he knows," Tim Schottler. Now Bob and Tim are the best developers Katrina knows.

Katrina has five years of experience in working with clinical students and health system stakeholders to improve clinical education. Her strengths are in communication, strategic planning, and designing user-friendly experiences.
